
Notre Dame Senior High School (also called NDHS, Notre Dame H.S., Notre Dame, or just Dame) is a brand-women Roman Catholic school in Toronto founded through the Siblings from the Congregation of Notre Dame. Notre Dame is among 31 high schools operated by the TCDSB and something of six all-women schools, and presently comes with an enrollment of 704 students. The school's patron saint is Marguerite Bourgeoys.

In 1941, the Congregation of Notre Dame founded Notre Dame Senior High School to supply excellence in education for youthful Catholic women. First in 2001 once the board tried to acquire additional land for the making of a bigger school, on the other hand in '09 once the board tried to relocate and/or consolidate Notre Dame with either St. Patrick or Neil McNeil using the building destroyed and also the school yard being broadened to St. John. Subsequently, the board tried to relocate the college and Neil McNeil towards the closed Midland Avenue Collegiate Institute and also the options were not successful.

Best recognized for their film productions, dramatic arts department, and specialties in science and math. In 2014, two senior students advanced towards the provincial level in the Abilities Canada Competition for TV/Video Production having a gold medal in most models just before Excellent where they symbolized Ontario. The most known tradition that's been held at Notre Dame would be the whitened dresses which are worn in the Promenade. Though many senior students previously have fought against using the parent council to alter, it's yet to occur.
